
Looks like its name, It is called Atama Soup and its face is like Atama... well its one of the African Delicious soup which we always enjoy.... learn how to cook it.....
INGREDIENTS YOU NEED:
- Cut meat into 8 pieces
- Stock fish, fresh fish, crayfish
- 1 bunch of Atama leaf
- 2-3kg of palm fruit
- Pepper, fresh shrimps and water
- 10 Kpomo (Cow Skin)
- 4 Maggi Cube
- Salt to taste
- Water
- 1 Cup of Periwinkle with shell
- 1 Medium smoked fish
HOW TO COOK:
- Boil the palm fruit to soft, pound or mash with finger in a bowel of water to extract the oil liquid.
- Boil the meat and stock fish in another pot with seasoning.
- Boil the extracted oil for 5 minutes then add the boiled meat and stock fish.
- Cook for about 10 minutes, add the shredded Atama leaf, the periwinkle and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add crayfish, fish shrimp and seasoning, salt to taste.
- Allow to boil for some minutes.
- Now you are done, remove from fire and serve with pounded yam or fufu.
