
You might love the spicy food you are looking at the picture above, Yeah... i know we all love it, i love it too... i always cook this kind every Sunday and mainly on Christmas period... Well i am going to guide you on how to cook exactly something like this and you gonna love it.
INGREDIENTS YOU NEED:
- Green pepper (Cut into small pieces)
- Carrot (Scrap skin and cut to pieces)
- Green beans (Cut into small pieces)
- Garlic (Remove first layer and slice)
- Liver (Cut into pieces)
- Cabbage (Slice)
- Onions (Slice)
- Nutmeg (Ground)
- White pepper (Ground)
- Rice (Per boil)
- Butter/Vegetable oil, Seasoning, Curry, Thyme and chicken (Fried)
Here we go...
HOW TO COOK:
- All your ingredients must be ready to use (Washed, Sliced, Grounded, Per Boiled) and in different plates. Then!
- Place pot on fire, pour groundnut oil with margarine, fry the onions.
- Add other ingredients, then add liver, seasoning and salt, stir very well, after some minutes remove from fire.
- Now put the per boiled rice in the pot and cook, now pour in the ingredients (make sure it will cook like rice, if not then add water and cook until the rice is done
- Now you can serve with fried chicken and chilled juice..
