- 200g Cooked potatoes
- 1 Tablespoon vinaigrette
- 10g Chopped onion
- 60ml mayonnaise
- Salt, Pepper
- Chopped Parsley
HOW TO COOK:
- Cut the potatoes in half- 1cm dice sprinkle with vinaigrette.
