Nice food, so good, i enjoy eating this with Eba, always feel like biting off my fingers.. Hahaha! alright i know some of you out there love this and wanna learn how to cook it, Cool now try this one... its very easy to handle just follow the drills, then you have it all.
INGREDIENTS YOU NEED:
- 3 Cups of Groundnut
- 1 Large Onion
- 5 Tomatoes
- Goat Meat
- Fish or Chicken
- 2 Liters of water
- 2 Tablespoon of crayfish (Grounded)
- Red hot pepper
- Palm oil
- Salt and Seasoning to taste
HOW TO COOK:
- Roast the groundnut in garri over a slow fire to avoid sand.
- Remove the groundnut skin and grand to smooth for taste.
- Put the thoroughly washed meat or fish in a clean pot.
- Add little water, onion and seasoning to taste.
- Boil for some minutes and add more water.
- Add the groundnut paste to soup and little palm oil.
- Add tomatoes, pepper and crayfish.
- Now allow it to boil for some minutes, add salt if needed.
- Add your favourite leaves, allow some boil for some minutes and remove from fire.
- Now you are done, serve with fufu, pounded yam or Eba
