Oha Soup Recipe















This is one of my favourite soup, i best enjoy it when it's been prepared specially and with fufu.... You can get this done with the instructions narrated below, 

INGREDIENTS YOU NEED:
  • 1 medium bunch of uha leaf
  • 1 medium size of dry fish
  • 1 medium size of stock fish
  • 7 medium size of meat
  • 5 cocoya paste
  • 1 wrap of ogiri
  • 4 tablespoon of palm oil
  • 2 tablespoon of crayfish (grounded)
  • A dish of hot pepper
  • 2 cubes of seasoning and water
  • 1 cup of Oporo
  • Cut dry meat into 8 pieces
This is all you need...

HOW TO COOK:
  1. Boil the washed stock fish, dry fish, and meat for few minutes.
  2. Add another water and allow to boil, then add the cocoyam paste and stir to melt.
  3. Add crayfish, pepper, salt and seasoning.
  4. Allow to boil for about 25-30 minutes then add Uha and cover it for some minutes.
  5. lastly remove from fire and serve with fufu or garri.
