This is one of my favourite soup, i best enjoy it when it's been prepared specially and with fufu.... You can get this done with the instructions narrated below,
INGREDIENTS YOU NEED:
- 1 medium bunch of uha leaf
- 1 medium size of dry fish
- 1 medium size of stock fish
- 7 medium size of meat
- 5 cocoya paste
- 1 wrap of ogiri
- 4 tablespoon of palm oil
- 2 tablespoon of crayfish (grounded)
- A dish of hot pepper
- 2 cubes of seasoning and water
- 1 cup of Oporo
- Cut dry meat into 8 pieces
HOW TO COOK:
- Boil the washed stock fish, dry fish, and meat for few minutes.
- Add another water and allow to boil, then add the cocoyam paste and stir to melt.
- Add crayfish, pepper, salt and seasoning.
- Allow to boil for about 25-30 minutes then add Uha and cover it for some minutes.
- lastly remove from fire and serve with fufu or garri.
