INGREDIENTS YOU NEED:
- 8 medium size of meat
- Desired quantity of pepper
- Thyme
- Ginger
- Desired quantity of scent leaf
- Curry
- Nutmeg
- Garlic
- Water
- Salt to taste
- 2 cubes of seasoning
- Cook the thoroughly washed meat and fish with curry, thyme , seasoning, nutmeg, salt, pepper and garlic to your desired taste and add more water and cook for some minutes.
- Add the shredded scent leaf and allow to steam.
- Cook till tender, allow to cook, then remove the bones from the goat Head.
- Cut the meat into small pieces, mash out the brain and pour all together into a pot.
- Add palm oil into a bowl, add potash and stir until the colour become yellow.
- Grind the pepper, scent leaf, shred utazi dleaf and add all the mixture together.
