Pepper Soup Recipe


















What you see is what you will get if you give a shot on what i just instruct underneath...

INGREDIENTS YOU NEED:
  • 8 medium size of meat
  • Desired quantity of pepper
  • Thyme
  • Ginger
  • Desired quantity of scent leaf
  • Curry
  • Nutmeg
  • Garlic
  • Water
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cubes of seasoning 
HOW TO COOK:
  1. Cook the thoroughly washed meat and fish with curry, thyme , seasoning, nutmeg, salt, pepper and garlic to your desired taste and add more water and cook for some minutes.
  2. Add the shredded scent leaf and allow to steam.
  3. Cook till tender, allow to cook, then remove the bones from the goat Head.
  4. Cut the meat into small pieces, mash out the brain and pour all together into a pot.
  5. Add palm oil into a bowl, add potash and stir until the colour become yellow.
  6. Grind the pepper, scent leaf, shred utazi dleaf and add all the mixture together.
  7. Stir and boil for some minutes, then you are done, remove from fire and serve with any kinda drink.
