Coconut Rice Recipe


















This is just as it look, coconut rice and it nice and good....

INGREDIENTS YOU NEED:
  • 4 Cups of rice
  • 6 Medium size of meat
  • 1 Onion bulb
  • 2 Tablespoon crayfish
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Cubes of maggi
  • 1 Medium bulb of coconut
  • 6 Medium size of fresh tomatoes
  • Desired quantity of curry
HOW TO COOK:
  1. Wash the rice and per boil it.
  2. Boil the thoroughly washed meat with curry, salt and seasoning.
  3. Break and remove the coconut shell, then grand the coconut smoothly.
  4. Add water and sieve to get juice.
  5. Put the coconut sauce into a pot.
  6. Add crayfish, onion, pepper and tomatoes, allow to boil for some minutes.
  7. Then add the boiled meat, per boiled rice, add salt and stir.
  8. Make sure that you add enough water to cook the rice.
  9. Then reduce heat till the water dried and rice is soft.
  10. Great! you are done with the cooking, remove from fire and serve with your favourite sauce.
