
This is just as it look, coconut rice and it nice and good....
INGREDIENTS YOU NEED:
- 4 Cups of rice
- 6 Medium size of meat
- 1 Onion bulb
- 2 Tablespoon crayfish
- Salt to taste
- 2 Cubes of maggi
- 1 Medium bulb of coconut
- 6 Medium size of fresh tomatoes
- Desired quantity of curry
- Wash the rice and per boil it.
- Boil the thoroughly washed meat with curry, salt and seasoning.
- Break and remove the coconut shell, then grand the coconut smoothly.
- Add water and sieve to get juice.
- Put the coconut sauce into a pot.
- Add crayfish, onion, pepper and tomatoes, allow to boil for some minutes.
- Then add the boiled meat, per boiled rice, add salt and stir.
- Make sure that you add enough water to cook the rice.
- Then reduce heat till the water dried and rice is soft.
- Great! you are done with the cooking, remove from fire and serve with your favourite sauce.
