
I can eat this soup all day, this is one of my best and favourite soup, a bit expensive to cook as it look over there... well the fact is that... everybody love this soup..... and it's a must to know how to cook it, that's one of the most popular soup in African Especially Nigeria....
INGREDIENTS YOU NEED:
- 1 Medium size of stock fish
- 6 Medium size of Meat
- 2 tablespoon (Grounded)
- Ugu/Bitter leaf
- 1 Medium bunch of pumpkin leaf
- 2 Cups of water
- 1 cooking spoon palm oil
- 1 tablespoon of pepper (Grounded)
- Salt to taste
- Crayfish (Grounded)
- 2 Cubes of Maggi
- 2 Cups of Melon
- 1 onion bulb
- Put the washed meat and fish in a pot, add the grounded pepper, onion, salt and little water, cook for about 20 minutes.
- Heat the palm oil in another pot and fry the grounded melon (Egusi) for some minutes.
- Add the cooked meat, fish and water, allow to boil for some minutes.
- The add more salt, seasoning cube and crayfish.
- Add the vegetable or bitter leaf, allow to heat for some minutes.
- Finally, remove from fire and serve with either pounded yam garri or fufu.
